- Market sequencing for a consumer health app serving individuals, doctors and pharmacies.
- Privacy-first product design — limited social sharing, strict account isolation and full data deletion, decided while the features were still being built.
- Channel-partner distribution, and what it implies for consent and local data rules.
- Release engineering: the CI/CD pipeline that checks every pull request on four platforms and deploys staging on merge, with production behind a human decision.
The product in one line
A scan-based health record with a social layer: users measure, keep a Health Passport in Apple Wallet, and share only what they choose.
