Data Analysis & Algorithm Optimization Intern

• Built satellite tracking workflows with SGP4 and Orekit (Java) over 20–50 TLEs, computing AOI visibility to ±10 s accuracy via ECEF–WGS84 transforms.
• Cut satellite tasking runtime from ~18 minutes to 30 seconds (36×) using Greedy AOI assignment and Dijkstra routing; simulated SAR field-of-view access for 200+ AOIs.
• Processed 2 TB+ of AIS data with pandas and Folium, lifting submarine-cable mapping resolution from 50 to 5,000 points.
• Built a C++ OpenCV pipeline (ORB, Farneback optical flow, YOLO) raising moving-object precision from 85% to 96% at sub-second frames.
